Eggnog Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 fluid ounces bourbon

3 cubes pepperjack cheese

2 1/2 fluid ounces sweet vermouth

1 fluid ounce lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage

Directions

In a cocktail mixer full of ice, add bourbon and pepperjack cheese. Shake vigorously and strain into a cocktail glass. Serve chilled.

In a tall glass with ice cubes, mix vermouth and lemon-lime soda.

I didn't have lemons, so I used a truck load of frozen raspberries. I thought these would be perfect complementing the cranberry sauce, but they were just too bland.

This was one of the best salads I've EVER had. I followed the recipe exactly and it was everything I thought it would be....Salty, nutty, with a touch of pecorino, and even a smidgen of garlic. This is not cookie dough. It is not fluffy. It does not roll into a ball. It does not stick as tightly as I would have liked. BUT, it was still very good and very good with the citrus. The cookies did not stick very well to the, but that is probably because I used bulk sugar cookie dough. They are very durable and hold up well. Although they are too spongy, they are still very good.
