Marmican Recipe

Ingredients

5 meat cubes

1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons paprika

1 cup turkey broth

3 teaspoons vegetable oil

2 teaspoons garlic powder

1/2 cup water

1 (8 ounce) can tomato paste

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 (6 ounce) can tomato juice

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Slice meat into 1/2 inch cubes.

In a large saucepan, mix brown sugar, salt, paprika, and broth. Mix together and pour into a large pot. Season turkey with garlic powder, water, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, tomato juice and Worcestershire sauce. Beat by hand using an electric mixer.

Flood the meat cubes first and pour mixture into meat cubes. Cook, stirring occasionally, until meat juices run clear, about 20 minutes.
