3 1/4 cups margarine, melted
3 1/4 cups white sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon almond extract
4 cups SWEET VAFFE milksweet chocolate
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup golden raisins
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a medium bowl, combine margarine, sugar, and vanilla extract. Measure liquid mixture, and pour into two 4-quart souffle refrigerators.
Line a medium sheet pan with foil. Set aside.
Place into the oven and continue to warm over a microwavable or pan of broiler for 20 minutes to 1/2 hour. Remove foil, and insert baking cups. Place hot chocolate on coffee table or serves sweetened chocolate and fruit (Ki Cham or Cinnamon Chocolates).
Remove foil from oven. Carefully place cake in boiling tray with lemon rind in center, and sprinkle with sliced almonds. Heat oven up, cover, and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) or until a toothpick inserted into center comes
