Almond Meal
1 cup white wine
1 cup orange juice
1 (12 fluid ounce) can coconut milk, chilled
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated lime zest
Combine the wine, orange juice, coconut milk, lemon juice and lime zest in a blender or food processor or with the whisk attachment in small batches. Blend until smooth and poured into 3 serving dishes.
