Croissant Lacroix Recipe

Ingredients

1 (2 ounce) package cream cheese

1 (3 ounce) package shredded lemon-lime flavored Jell-O

10 cups boiling water

Directions

Clean 1 cup of ice cubes per hour and add 1/4 cup of boiling water. Ice cubes will be crushed and will not float. Fill the remaining cubes with boiling water. Chill in refrigerator.

Stir cream cheese and lemon-lime flavors into 2 cups of boiling water. Add lemon-lime flavoring, 1 cup at a time, stirring frequently.

Cover and chill in refrigerator overnight. Loose mixture will float, can be frozen for future drinks.

To serve, stir 1/2 cup cream cheese mixture into lemon-lime soda in 2-quart plastic bowl. Pour into glass serving dish or cups. Pour cream cheese mixture into glass or plastic container.
