Amazing Italian Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef

1/2 cup minced onion

1/4 cup minced garlic

2 cups dry bread crumbs

3 tablespoons Italian seasoning

3 egg whites

3 teaspoons dried oregano

3 (4 ounce) cans tomato sauce

Directions

Place ground beef, onion, and garlic in a large bowl and turn to coat.

In the same bowl, mix bread crumbs, Italian seasoning, egg whites, oregano, tomato sauce, egg whites. Form mixture into 1 ounce balls, place on the bottom of a large glass or aluminum baking dish. Cover with foil to keep warm.

Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 8 to 10 minutes, or until meat thermometer registers 165 degrees F (80 degrees F).

If I could give more stars, I would! This recipe is by far the easiest brownies I have made. It does sound like your oven is not warmed enough, so you may want to downsize the baking time a little (.25 c) & use half and half instead of plain cream, or else this recipe will be ruined. Trust me, I have tried this recipe and it is delicious.
