2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
2 tablespoons green hot pepper sauce, divided
1 tablespoon crushed garlic salt
1 egg
3 ounces cream cheese, chilled
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 (6 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
2 tablespoons cream of ricotta filling
6 slices bacon
Mix mayonnaise, mustard, green hot pepper sauce and crushed garlic salt.
Mix cream cheese in a large bowl. Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of crumbled cheeses over cream cheese mixture. Mix gently in remaining crumbs and cheese mixture. Sprinkle over cream cheese mixture.
Score bacon into 8-inch-square baking pan. Use a 9-inch round baking dish. Spread 1/3 cup blue cheese mixture over bacon slices. Cover tightly with foil, and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
Bake uncovered in preheated 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) oven for 45 to 50 minutes, or until bubbly in center. Reduce heat to broiler setting. Remove foil and bake all cheeses and bacon until crisp. Serve over blue cheese salad. Garnish with cheese of your choice and bacon (if desired).
