1 pound lean ground beef
1 (15 ounce) can tomato soup with green chile peppers and onions
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed chicken broth
10 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C.)
In a large skillet, blend the beef, tomato soup, chicken broth and cheese. Pour mixture over meatloaf.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly browned.
