1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups pina colada rum
1/4 cup milk
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 eggs
Prepare the pie filling by mixing the cream cheese, whipped topping, and pudding mix.
Beat egg whites into pudding mixture until foamy. Fold whipped topping into cream cheese mixture. Spread mixture into pie crust. Chill overnight before serving.
