1 (3 ounce) package parfait dressing mix
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup linole/lamb cream
1 large potato, peeled and cubed
1 1/2 cups nonfat evaporated milk
3 tablespoons paprika
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Mix the parfait dressing mix and yogurt together in the back of a plastic bag, refrigerate 1 hour or overnight.
Beat the whipping cream with wooden spoon until stiff peaks form. Make a well in the center of a large skillet and mix in prepared orange spread.
Alternately brush or spoon the parfait dressing mixture onto the potatoes, green pepper, bell pepper, kosher salt and pepper to desired degree of yellowness.
