1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
8 pounds steak, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup fat free Italian-style dressing
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, basil, pepper flakes and steak. Mix well and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Heat white wine in skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; saute until onion is softened. Add dressing, and stir just until coated. Allow to simmer 2 minutes, then stir in beef cubes. Reduce heat to medium.
Cover, and simmer for 25 minutes. Season with remaining 2 teaspoons olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes. Heat, stirring constantly, for 5 to 7 minutes to maintain color and flavor, or until no longer pink.
