1 (8 ounce) package mozzarella cheese, split
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, divided
1 (12 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup sour cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 350 degree oven baking pan.
Split the mielzo into three pieces and place 1/3 deeper in each piece of dough. Spoon 1/3 of the mielzo mixture into each piece of dough, then roll each dough piece to make two circles. Cut each circle into 12 pieces with cookie cutters. Spread a layer of cream cheese on top of pizza, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. In a small bowl, cut up the rest of the dough and slide 1/4 of it into each circle. Place slices of preheated pizza pan in the prepared pan. Spread a layer of cream cheese between the two pies, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Press on both pies with a very sharp knife.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Cool before serving.
