2 eggs
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons lemon zest
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup distilled white vinegar
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon molasses
green bell pepper, diced
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, beat eggs and melted butter until foamy. Stir in salt and vanilla extract. Mix well. Mix brown sugar, ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, molasses and green pepper. Pour filling into greased 9x5 inch pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
