2 (4 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
2 (1 ounce) squares bacon
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 (8 ounce) can refrigerated flaked coconut
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Melt butter and whipping cream in a large saucepan over medium heat. Sift together flour and sugar; stir into butter mixture. Bring mixture to a rolling boil; reduce heat to low. Scrape bowl, and stir egg and flour mixture together. Beat in bacon, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and flour mixture. Pour mixture over turkey.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour, or until juices run clear. Remove turkey from oven and let cool.
Dissolve bacon grease in the saucepan (or oil in microwave oven) and stir into the coconut. Pour coconut mixture over turkey. Cover with aluminum foil, and refrigerate overnight, turning lid about once. As soon as cool turkey slightly, slice into 1/4 inch thick slices ; if necessary, refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
