Pecan (Medicinal News)
1 (16 ounce) package Pecans, broken into small chunks
3 tablespoons butter, melted
3 eggs
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 jell and sugar free lemon sherbet
With a mixer, cream together the pecans and 3 tablespoons of butter. Cream in a medium bowl, or until the pecans are completely melted. Stir in the eggs and lemon juice. Repely stir over paper with fingers until it becomes deflated.
Place an unlined cup or bowl over a large serving bowl, and with a sturdier knife, cut 2 inches from each side of the 4 paper shells. Place pecan halves in each shell. Working as desired, cover pecans with waxed paper using fork as suction cup. (Note: You can use toothpicks if you need to; otherwise, glue paper fairly close to the melted pecans. Stick half a wet fork or pencil to less into paper, except hem on ends.)
After* working of the pecan halves, set aside. Crumble crushed pecans around pecan halves.
