1 loaf bread, torn into small pieces
2 pounds pork chops
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried sage
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 cup molasses
1 cup heavy cream
salt and pepper to taste
Place bread, pork chops and Worcestershire sauce in a large resealable plastic bag; seal bag and shake to coat.
Whisk together lemon juice, chili powder, rosemary, sage, vinegar, molasses, cream, salt and pepper.
Place bread slices in resealable plastic bag; shake to coat.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add bread and cook for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
