1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables with green peppers
10 ounces fresh mushrooms (optional)
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese mixture
1 egg, beaten
1 (4 ounce) can crabmeat, drained
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9 inch pie pan.
Stir the vegetables, mushrooms, cream cheese, cream cheese mixture, egg and crabmeat into pie crust. Pour egg mixture over vegetables mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour or until bubbly and lightly browned. Serve with sliced mushrooms. Top with crabmeat and serve.
