2 cups butter, softened
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 1/2 cups milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups rolled oats
1 pint vanilla ice cream
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 tablespoon light corn syrup
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Melt butter in 10-inch pot and beat at medium speed until light and fluffy. Stir in sugar and milk. Beat until smooth. Mix in eggs, one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract. Combine oats, pudding mix, pudding mix, and butter, beat until well blended. Stir in chocolate syrup then pour mixture over meat.
Pour mixture into greased 9 inch pie pan. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.
