2 cups white sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups filled marshmallow creme shells
1 fluid ounce milk
1 tablespoon shortening
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
In a saucepan combine sugar and eggs. Bring to a boil. Then dissolve in heat, leaving mixture to chill.
In a small mixing bowl, stir together sugar/egg mixture with melted unsweetened chocolate chips and cocoa. Stir in almonds and melted butter. Drop prepared cookie sheets by rounded teaspoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 in the preheated oven. Cool for 1 minute on cookie sheets before removing from baking sheet. Cool completely then store in refrigerator.
