2 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups plain yogurt
4 ounces cream cheese
1 cup finely chopped pecas
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9 inch pie pan.
In a large bowl, mix eggs, water, oil, flour, yogurt, cream cheese and pecas. Mix thoroughly. Pour mixture into pie pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 60 to 70 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Allow to cool completely in pan.
Cool in pan for 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Serve warm or cold.
