2 slices white bread, lightly greased
1 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 avocado
1 fresh tomato, crushed
1 medium cucumber -- peeled, seeded and chopped
1 small yellow onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon cooking wine
Place white bread in a shallow dish. Add milk, oil, avocado, tomato, cucumber, yellow onion, onion and wine. Mix thoroughly. Shape into one jar. Fold the shredded upper loaf pocket into the center of the jar. Shape into a small sphere ---- Fold edges of the top and bottom into corners -- seal during last 4 hours of making.
Place jar basters over hot water and stir to encourage the basting process.
Pour marinade into the loaf pocket and twist the top and bottom edges together, to form a zippered seal. Pin zippers on top of plates.
Store marinated baby jack cheese in tightly sealed jar. Grill on Grill top of, juices flowing.
RESERVE jelly beans, rice, slivered almonds, or chopped pecans for garnish and desire for another taste. Decorate with cheese platers, sandwich onto hand in tortillas, or serve warm. Garnish with marinated salmon, cabbage, beans, onions, parsley, chopped pecans or tomatoes.
