I submitted this recipe many years ago as an experiment when I was learning about the site. It is great for making ahead and getting quick recipes done. Apologies for the typos but I copied and pasted the recipe into an e-reader to prepare for testing. Worked great. Will definately make again.

Looks & tastes gourmet, but is so easy! I tried this out for my family and they walked away satisfied. Gave it stir fry on the side and read in the book. No need to change a thing.
