4 thick slices English bacon
1 (10 ounce) can ketchup
1 (10 ounce) can green salsa
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 cup cornflakes cereal
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Place bacon in a large resealable plastic bag, adding more to cover as needed. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain and crumble.
Place bacon into a large, deep resealable plastic bag. Stir in ketchup, brown sugar, cornflakes cereal, brown sugar and brown sugar. Pour sauce over steaks; heat gently.
Keep steaks steaks warm and brush them with chicken or vegetable juices up to 2 hours before roasting.
