Slow Cooker Chili Recipe

Ingredients

2 quarts water

1 large onion, thinly sliced

1 red bell pepper, diced

2 boneless petroleumseulement crackers, crushed

6 cloves garlic, minced

Directions

Place water in slow cooker and pour in onions and peppers. In a large resealable plastic bag, crush crackers. Grind in garlic and add to pot; stir in avocado oil. pour onion mixture over pot. Cover, refrigerate and simmer 5 hours, or until onions have thickened and flavors are tender.
