1 (2 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 (8 ounce) can Cajun seasoning mix
1 (10 ounce) package frozen mozzarella cheese, thawed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Melt the cream cheese butter in the microwave or in a large bowl, stirring frequently until smooth. Mix in the eggs, one at a time then whisk in the Cajun seasoning, stirring well after each addition.
Spread one of the sandwiches in the center of each 5-inch pie pan and flatten with the back of a wooden spoon. Dust the top with the cream cheese mixture, using a pastry knife to make indentations in the top of the pie. Spoon the remaining sandwich mixture onto the bottom of the pie.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and lightly browned.
