2 onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 pounds bacon, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
1 (16 ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained
1 large tomato, diced
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
In a medium bowl, mix the onion, garlic, bacon, salt, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, oregano, onion, mustard, vinegar and tomato. Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Shape mixture into small jiggles. Place small pieces of ham meat in a separate layer in a single layer. Spoon onion mixture over ham meat and add mushrooms, olives and pepper.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.
