1 cup white wine
1 cup water
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 pinch ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
Pour wine, water, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, dry mustard, oregano and basil into a large glass bowl.
Simmer and stir over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Stirring constantly, slowly pour over shrimp or salmon fillets.
