3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 large eggs
3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
3 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
Heat oil in heavy skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and eggs and stir-fry until eggs are firm. Remove from skillet and pour into a bowl.
In a large bowl, mix the horseradish, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, vinegar, salt, horseradish mixture and horseradish mixture. Cover mittts with aluminum foil and place in the refrigerator. Let stand overnight before serving.
