Fermented Fruit Drink Recipe

Ingredients

3 cups white sugar

1 (8 ounce) container grape juice

1 (8 ounce) package concentrated orange juice concentrate

3 cups pineapple juice concentrate

4 cups lemon juice concentrate

1 lemon, juiced

1 orange, juiced

Directions

In a small saucepan, combine sugar, orange juice concentrate, pineapple juice concentrate, lemon juice concentrate and orange juice concentrate. In a separate saucepan, mix fruit drink with water. Mix into juice mixture with saucepan. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

This had a wonderful and delicate taste that was not at all harsh or metallic. It was sweet but had such a wonderful texture that I don't know what to make of it. I put in a tbsp. of sugar and rum and thought it was fine. No one said it had to be very sweet or be any good. It had all of the elements I was looking for and I have no idea why people are complaining that it is not sweet. It is delicious and I will make it again.
