1 (5 ounce) can tomato paste, divided
1 (4.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed
1 (3.5 ounce) can chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
2 teaspoons sour cream
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine tomato paste and diced tomatoes and black beans and Cheddar cheese. Heat until a small amount of oil is added, then stir in tomato paste. Allow to simmer, refrigerate.
