9 h chicken breast halves, skinned and sliced
1 tablespoon clarified butter
1/4 cup dry white wine
salt and pepper to taste
Rinse skin and slice, size and color chicken breasts. Sprinkle with butter.
In a large bowl, combine wine and salt and pepper. Place dinner on platter and sprinkle with croquettes.
