Zesty, Creamy Orange Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

1 (10 ounce) can chopped pecans

3 tablespoons brown sugar

3 tablespoons margarine, melted

1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple

1 1/2 cups boiling water

1 cup orange juice

1 teaspoon cooking spray

Directions

Place the chicken wings into a large resealable plastic bag. Crush the pecans and mix with the brown sugar. Cover and refrigerate.

Place chicken breasts in resealable plastic bags and seal. Heat margarine in a saucepan to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Stir chicken into pecan mixture, stirring to coat. Mix in pineapple juice and orange juice. Pour mixture into plastic bag with pecan mixture.

Place plastic bag in pan and bake uncovered at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 30 minutes.

Remove chicken from pan and exchange skins with plastic bag. To serve, remove wings from plastic bag and pat dry.
