6 egg whites
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
6 egg yolks
1/4 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon hot water
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Line a 9x13 inch pan with foil. In a large bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form, about 4 minutes. Add cinnamon and cloves; set aside. Pour yolk mixture over egg whites, then sprinkle sugar over top and vanilla. Place remaining ingredients in pan and mix just until moistened.
Pour filling into prepared pan; pinch excess. Place on waxed paper lined wrap and let set 8 hours. Allow to sit overnight before cutting. If cut very small pieces, discard drippings before using.
