3 eggs
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 1/2 cups milk
2 1/2 tablespoons white sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl mix eggs, water, 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla, and milk and sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Beat until smooth. Stir in flour; knead, then pass onto a lightly greased 8x8 inch pan.
Bake according to manufacturer's instructions in a preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
After baking, use a large fork and mash the brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla in a medium mixing bowl until smooth, serving immediately or refrigerate for later.
