4 roma (plum) tomatoes, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup minced onion
1 tablespoon garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
4 teaspoons vegetable oil
In a medium saucepan combine tomato, onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
In a mixing bowl mix tomato paste, tomato juice, oil, chicken and veal.
Reducing heat, add salt and pepper to taste and mix until all ingredients are coated. Serve hot or cold.
