2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 pound ground pork
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
1/4 cup yellow mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons chicken bouillon granules
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons dried savory
2 teaspoons dried chives
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
2 tablespoons Italian-style seasoning
1 (1 ounce) envelope dry red wine mix
In a food processor or blender, combine oil, onion, pork, flour, salt, dried onion, yellow mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Worcestershire sauce and chicken bouillon granules. Process until smooth. Spread mixture into a medium casserole dish. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
