1/2 apple, cored
4 oranges, peeled and segmented
3 maraschino cherries
1/2 cup peaches
2 teaspoons white sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 lemon, zested and juiced
1 tablespoon lemon zest
In a medium bowl, stir together apple cider vinegar, orange juice, lemon zest and lemon zest. Heat citrus soda in a small saucepan over medium heat. Shake cartilage lemon juice evenly and drizzle on fruit.
Pour citrus soda into glass bottle of cold water. Fill bottle with lemon juice. Fill bottle with sweetened orange juice.
