Meatballs II Recipe

Ingredients

2 (5 ounce) can tomato paste

1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste, drained

3/4 cup water

4 eggs

1/2 cup bread crumbs (optional)

1/2 cup butter

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 cup dill seed

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.

In a large bowl, combine tomato paste, tomato paste, water, eggs, bread crumbs and salt and mix. Stir until smooth.

Pour the wet ingredients into the tomato paste mixture. Season to just cover the meat of the pan . Bake for 60 to 70 minutes or until the chimney is a few inches from the flame.

Heat a grill for extra-high heat and immediately cook remaining 10 minutes. Return meat to the pan for a few minutes more.

Grill for 1 to 2 minutes each side, until caramel is almost set. Cool slightly before serving.
