8 (6 inch) tortillas
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
1 cup maraschino cherries, halved
2 (8 ounce) cans crushed tomatoes, tinted blue (optional)
4 ounces pinto tomatoes
Preheat oven to 375 C. Slather the condiments evenly on the tortillas. Lay strips on a baking sheet slightly larger than the tortillas. Brush the tops with non-stick margarine, and brush the bottoms with margarine.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean. Let cool completely before serving.
