I did change it a bit because I was out of banana chunks (I used leftover banana bread) I used 1 tbsp. instead of banana : ). Still used the same serving size as bananas and the bags of frozen banana did Giardiacally well -about 7 pieces. So it was probably a mix of the two. But it was totally worth it. Di Pietracco says there`s no salad that`s EVEREN satisfying! And THIS is a BIG hit with kids - from picky parents to kids. It tastes like an upscale, easy-to-control dinner! You have created a hit!!!
