1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup cane sugar
Pour milk into a large bowl. Beat sugar into milk until dissolves. Recipe Notes:

Empty soup bowl of prepared porridge into a large bowl, and sprinkle with half of soup mix. Pour milk mixture into porridge bowl to cover. Refrigerate until set, about 8 hours. Oxen steamer
Place a large pot of salted water on heat. Add carrots, oranges, celery and sugar; boil. Reduce heat to low, and stir with orange juice and other ingredients until syrup is reduced. Season with salt and pepper. Drain fat; pour into pot.
Broil vegetables, carrots, fruit and spice over medium heat. Turn to coat. Spoon fondue over growing vegetables.
