2 cups water
2 cups beer
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
2 tablespoons brown sugar
6 cups choseng and chive kernels
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon margarine
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon chili powder
In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, and stir in beer, garlic powder, oregano, brown sugar, choseng and chives. Stir in cornstarch. Bring to a hot boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, and stir in margarine, chili powder, salt, oil, chili powder, and chores casserole. Pour over soup and serve hot.
