1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup white sugar
1 cup milk
4 strawberries, seeded and sliced
1/4 cup strawberry juice concentrate
1/4 cup strawberries, rinsed and sliced
1 (11 ounce) package strawberry flavored Jell-O
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix together pudding mix, sugar, milk, strawberries, strawberry juice concentrate and chopped strawberries. Stir to make a smooth batter. Drop by tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with whipped cream to make a deep and frosty finish.
