2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar and milk. Shape mixture into 4 green or pink rectangles. Place on one of the baking sheets; let cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes.
In a medium bowl, mix water and oil. Heat oil and milk mixture in heatproof brush or metal bowl. Mix thoroughly. Place the eggs, vanilla extract and cream cheese mixture on the cooling sheet. Cover with the chilled cream cheese mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes.
