Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients

1 (10 ounce) can frozen raspberry sherbet

1 (10 ounce) can frozen pineapple juice concentrate

1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

3 chocolate slices

Directions

In a big bowl, mix raspberry sherbet with pineapple juice concentrate. Fill blender in microwave, then add pudding mix. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses, decorate with fruit slices.

Microwave pineapple slices in microwave on high for 5 minutes, then remove and transfer to blender. Blend until soft peaks form. Transfer to blender.
