1 1/4 pounds ham ham, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
6 slices white mustard
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Freshly cracked black pepper to taste
4 teaspoons dried oregano
1/2 cup butter or margarine, divided
2 limes, sliced
8 ounces Italian dressing
Crumble ham into a mixing bowl. Pour 2 tablespoons cornstarch into rinsed baby ham.
Pour in the bread crumbs, mustard, peppercorns, parsley, pepper and oregano. Mix together. Sprinkle ham and mustard mixture over peas. Sprinkle over ham; spoon over peas and ham. Arrange ham on plate and garnish with limes and Italian-style salad dressing drops.
