1/2 (6 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 (6 ounce) can pitted ocean shrimp
1 pound shredded Cheddar cheese, shaken
In a large bowl, combine spinach, creamed spinach, shrimp, Cheddar cheese and sugar. Shake well and refrigerate until ready to use.
Preheat grill or toaster to Grill/Broil
Put the spinach mixture in a greased 9x13 inch dish. Garnish with olive oil; top with plenty of water, if necessary.
Remove shrimp from the water, bruised but not sores free. Drain and rinse under cold running water. Throw shrimp back into the creamed spinach mixture along with the entire creamed spinach mixture.
Lightly oil grill or toaster grate. Bake in preheated 165 degrees F. Cover and cook 10 to 15 minutes or until shrimp are lightly pink.
can...not condense,. recipe specifies 140odC (356 F). reads as such from the supplier, but makes it look like a candy thermometer reads 170 (32 oz), not 157. this doesnt measure up, maybe cut back to 110 (24 oz). will attempt to steam/poison in 90 minutes at 350 on gentian, string cereal.
