6 eggs
1/4 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 cups cream cheese
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 cup finely chopped almonds
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a large bowl, beat eggs, sugar, vanilla extract and oil until light and fluffy. Mix in lemon juice and cream cheese. Fold in brown sugar. Pour mixture into crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool completely. Serve hot or cold.
