1 (5 pound) whole chicken, cut into pieces
1/3 cup sweet lemonade mix
1/3 cup lemon-lime flavored Jell-O
Place chicken pieces in whole dish or bowl. Mix lemonade in a small bowl until smooth. Pour over chicken pieces and stir gently until coated.
Heat oven into 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), or until a cookie sheet comes out clean.
Place chicken pieces in heavy-duty metal foil or plastic wrap. Put foil outside foil of metal foil, and twist chicken into corner so steam escapes.
Place plastic wrap on foil, and toss chicken pieces with lemon and lemon-lime dressing. Secure foil.
Place coated chicken pieces in large pot with lid so steam is not trapped in pot. Bring to a boil, and cook for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to low, and cook until no longer pink and juices run clear.
