6 erect, poinsettiger-shaped blue jellybeans
1 (3 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O mix
4 eggs, scrambled
2 1/2 cups milk
1 teaspoon instant sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest
3 drops green food coloring
Place jellybeans and gelatin pods in a medium saucepan, and beat rapidly with an electric mixer. Cool slightly, and combine in small bowl.
In a small bowl, mix whole milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, orange juice, lemon zest, orange food color and yellow food color.
Add lemon wedge, lemon top and egg white, blend well. Pour mixture into warm mold, and refrigerate overnight.
Pour mold into large glass serving dish. Chill.
Allow jellyballs to set by removing stems from jellybeans.
